Project Details
This comprehensive workspace refurbishment by Architects Buckley Gray Yeoman (BGY) is set across the ground floor and five upper floors of the Pembroke building in Kensington and included a new reception area, 53,227 sq ft of stunning refurbished workspace, washrooms, bike storage and underground parking. Pembroke is a highly sustainable office building with ESG and tenant well-being front and centre in the design process.
We have worked in partnership with BGY across a variety of projects and the initial brief centred around good quality products that are sensible for the use of the building. The reception has been finished to a high specification and aesthetic design focused on light wood wall panels, black doors and brass features in both the ironmongery, lighting and reception desk. With this in mind all front of house ironmongery was finished in satin brass and back of house in flat matt black.
Our simple 250 flat bar pull handles were the perfect choice to sit on the black doors, complimenting the shape of the vision panels perfectly and including black concealed closers that vanish seamlessly into the design. We also incorporated some bespoke offset brackets in black to match doors where an offset was required.
It was a pleasure to be involved with this fantastic project.
