As part of our service we encourage working alongside your building contractor to co-ordinate closely with all sub-contractors including joiners, glazed partitioning contractors and washroom installers. Where required we can also lialise with suppliers and manufacturers outside of our usual product range.
Ironmongery Scheduling
3v aim to take the hard work out of constructing an ironmongery schedule. By working with you to create a clear and detailed brief, we can then produce an accurate ironmongery schedule, from handles and door stops to concealed hinges and door closers, from your detailed construction plans. This will ensure that all hardware is accounted for, compatible and meets with current UK regulations.
Ironmongery Co-ordination
Our extensive onsite experience qualifies us to help co-ordinate all ironmongery requirements with your building contractor alongside working with you to ensure that all products are compatible with your choice of doors. We can also arrange for the delivery of your ironmongery to be aligned with your project schedule, this includes the option to deliver items for installation off-site by door manufacturers to ensure maximum efficiency and quality of install.

Sitecare & Aftercare
We ensure that all main deliveries are carried out by 3v so that our project team can run through the ironmongery with your site team to explain how our scheduling and packaging works. This ensures a smooth handover to your contractor. To complete our service we will also provide you with a comprehensive aftercare packaging including close out manuals, master key sets and recommendations on care and maintenance to ensure the long life of all of our products.
